We've always believed the best software starts with the people who use it. That's the whole idea behind the name — Users First — and it's the lens we bring to everything we make, whether that's an AI tool or a physics-driven game.
This journal is where we'll share the work in progress: what we're building, why we're building it, and what we learn along the way.
What to expect
A few things you'll find here over time:
- Build notes — the decisions, trade-offs, and occasional dead ends behind our AI and games projects.
- Field notes — small ideas about design, craft, and putting users first.
- Releases — when something new ships at
games.usersfirst.comorai.usersfirst.com, you'll hear about it here first.
How this blog works
Every post here is just a Markdown file in our GitHub repository. When we push a new file, the site rebuilds itself automatically and the post appears. Posts we aren't ready to share yet stay marked as drafts — they live in the repo but never show up on the live site until we flip a single line.
Simple tools, used carefully, tend to outlast clever ones.
Thanks for reading. There's a lot we're excited to share — and this is just the first entry.
